The Game of ESOP
I designed this board game for Harris & Associates to help teach employees about their Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) in a fun, easy-to-understand format. The game is modeled after The Game of Life, and modified to relate to the company’s construction and engineering industry. The box is modeled after typical board game boxes, with over-the-top family fun as the photo inspiration. (That’s me with my colleagues on the box!) This project was the 2015 Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Marketing & Communications Awards Best in Show winner.
