3D Strategies Homepage + Memorandum

3D Strategies, a real estate investment firm focused on community-oriented projects, was working with a marketing company to build a new website. While happy with the content, my client felt the design didn’t communicate the level of trustworthiness, teamwork and professionalism that he’d envisioned. He reached out to me to redesign the home page to a more open, bright and innovative appearance suitable for his socially-responsible real estate services.

My client was very happy with the improvements to his site’s design, and reached out for a second project. For this project, I developed a style and template for an offering memorandum, a tool he’ll use for properties several times per month.
