Laurie Rose Dreyer Brand Identity

Laurie Rose Dreyer is an independent HR consultant. Her tagline is Connecting the Dots in HR, and her process uses a bee theme to explain employee dynamics in the workplace. Rose is a family name with strong personal meaning for Ms. Dreyer, so I used a rose as a symbol in her logo. This also works well with the bee theme, as bees and flowers have a symbiotic relationship.

As Ms. Dreyer is a high-level consultant with decades of experience, there was a risk of looking too “cute” with bees and flowers. The brand design uses muted colors and a sans-serif font for the logo to add a more sophisticated feel to the theme.
